Why do I have
to pay a Community Fee?
A community fee is required of all new and approved residents before moving in. This fee is non-refundable and is used for room setup, and refresh, amenities upkeep, administrative move-in support, and capital reserves.
Who lives in Independent housing?
At Stability Living Cohab homes, we proudly host a vibrant community of individuals from various backgrounds. Our residents include veterans, independent elderly individuals, those overcoming homelessness, working individuals facing housing challenges, and independent persons with disabilities. We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers everyone. Join us in building a community that values each individual and champions their success.
How is the Home Maintainance and Security Covered?
Residents are required to maintain the home with weekly and/or daily chores. This is your home and is expected to be treated with cleanliness and respect. Monthly deep cleaning will be done by a professional cleaning company. Security Surveillance Cameras keep watch over the property 24/7. Exterior and Common Place interior spaces are monitored only. Rooms and bathrooms are not monitored for the privacy of our residents.
How Long Before I Can Move In?
Most new residents can move in once background checks are approved, intake interviews are complete, and fees are paid in full.
Are Meals or Medical Care Provided?
Stability Living Cohab is a non-medical facility dedicated to providing safe, secure, and clean housing for our residents. Our focus is on fostering an independent living environment where residents can manage their personal and daily needs without assistance. We believe in creating a supportive community that prioritizes comfort and well-being. *We do not provide or administer medical care, mental health treatment, personal care services, or meals.
Are There Rules to Follow?
Our house rules ensure safety and security for all residents while promoting accountability and defining boundaries. Violation of the rules could lead to immediate termination from the Stability Living Cohab housing program.
