Stability Living Cohab provides shared housing and independent living support. *We do not provide or administer medical care, mental health treatment, personal care services, or meals.
Structured Program
In our structured living environment, residents actively engage in a community that fosters personal growth through house rules, shared house chores, and a set curfew. This framework is designed to instill essential life skills, clarity, and a sense of responsibility, paving the way for greater independence. By participating in these activities, residents learn the value of cooperation and accountability, preparing them for a successful transition to a life beyond our doors.
24/hour Security Measures
Our homes feature 24-hour surveillance monitoring of all external and shared common areas (Entryway, living room, kitchen, laundry room, hallways) to ensure the safety of all residents. Note that there are no cameras in private spaces (bathrooms & bedrooms) to respect individual privacy. This measure is in place to create a secure and comfortable living environment for everyone. Your safety is our top priority.
Ongoing Wraparound Support
Wraparound services are readily available for members at their discretion. These include transportation services, social services and outreach, job and job search opportunities, and in-home activities. Members can find all the latest information and details on these services on the community resource board in the home. We encourage everyone to take advantage of these valuable resources.

Our spacious, fully furnished homes with utilities included are designed to provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, featuring full kitchens, large bathrooms, on-site laundry, and generous living rooms and bedrooms.
